Radiologic Personnel Certification [SPCC]; Provides that a postsecondary academic institution licensed by the Commission for Independent Education to offer a general radiologic technology program and accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools is an accredited postsecondary academic institution for certification purposes, etc.
