Children with Disabilities [EPCC]; Creates the "Window of Opportunity Act." Authorizes the AHCA to seek federal approval through a state plan amendment to provide home and community-based services for autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Creates the "Steven A. Geller Autism Coverage Act." Provides health insurance coverage and coverage under a health maintenance contract for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, etc.
