CS/SB 2706: Unemployment Compensation [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Hill

Unemployment Compensation [EPCC]; Provides an alternative base period. Provides applicability and calculation. Prohibits certain persons choosing to separate from employment from being disqualified from regular unemployment compensation. Prohibits certain unemployed individuals from disqualification for eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits based solely on the individual's availability for only part-time work, etc.
