Biomedical Research [SPCC]; Revises provisions relating to the James and Esther King Biomedical Research Program. Provides for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure of specified diseases as a long-term goal of the research program. Requires that funds appropriated for the research program be used for research relating to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure of various diseases, etc. APPROPRIATION.
