Rec./Controlled Substances Monitoring/DOH [SPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1540 & S2782) Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of a patient, a practitioner, or a pharmacist contained in records that are reported to the Department of Health under the electronic monitoring system for prescription of controlled substances. Provides for future legislative review and repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, etc.
