GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Lobbyists [LPCC]; Deletes provisions requiring a lobbyist before the Legislature, the executive branch, or the Constitution Revision Commission to report all compensation paid to the lobbyist. Deletes provisions that prohibit a lobbyist or principal from making certain expenditures and that prohibit a member or employee of the Legislature, the executive branch, or the Constitution Revision Commission from accepting such expenditures, etc.
