Educators Teaching English/Inservice Requirements [SPCC]; Requires that educators of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) have inservice requirements that will ensure a conducive learning environment and the use of appropriate teaching strategies for students with limited English. Requires that primary English instructors have 300 inservice hours or the equivalent, that instructors in basic subject areas have 60 inservice hours or the equivalent, etc.
