GENERAL BILL by Fasano
FRS/Special Risk Class [RPCC]; Redefines "compensation" to include supplementary payments made on or after July 1, 2008, to firefighters, paramedics, or emergency medical technicians (EMTs) for successful completion of employer-approved educational training or for additional job-related duties and responsibilities. Redefines "average final compensation" with respect to members of the Special Risk Class as the average of the 3 highest fiscal years of compensation, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
