Dating Violence [LPCC]; Designates act "Barwick-Ruschak Act"; revises provisions relating to dating violence incidents to provide requirements for investigations, notice to victims, & reporting similar to those for incidents of domestic violence & to apply certain immunity provisions thereto; prohibits certain willful violations of pretrial release conditions; provides for warrantless arrest of violators.
