Management of Historic Pensacola Properties [RPCC]; Provides for UWF to directly contract with Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund for management of certain state-owned properties in Pensacola; requires agreement of all parties to existing contracts & execution of contract with such Board of Trustees; rescinds existing management contracts relating to such properties; rescinds contract between UWF & DOS, etc.
