GENERAL BILL by Ring

Repeat Sexual Offenders/Electronic Monitoring [LPCC]; Requires that a sexual predator or repeat sexual offender be monitored by an electronic monitoring system meeting certain designated specifications following release on probation, community control, or conditional release. Requires that a repeat sexual offender be monitored for the duration of his or her supervision following conditional release. Requires a court to order mandatory monitoring, etc.
