CLAIM/GENERAL by Joyner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Storms
Relief/Dennis & Diana Gay/DOT; Provides relief for Dennis Gay and Diana Gay for injuries and damages sustained due to the negligence of the Department of Transportation. Provides for placing specified funds in a special needs trust created for the use and benefit of Dennis Gay. Provides for reversion of funds to the state upon his death, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $700,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
