[SPCC]; Provides relief for Janaria Miller, a minor child, for injuries and damages sustained as a result of the negligence of employees of Memorial Healthcare System of Broward, Inc., d/b/a Memorial Regional Hospital. Provides for placing funds in a special needs trust created for the exclusive use and benefit of Janaria Miller. Provides for reversion of funds to the hospital upon her death, etc. CLAIM: $300,000.
