Elderly Persons & Disabled Adults/Abuse & Neglect [LPCC]; Reclassifies the offense of aggravated abuse of an elderly person or disabled adult from a second-degree felony to a first-degree felony. Requires certified law enforcement officers to complete training in identifying and investigating elder abuse and neglect before June 30, 2011, etc.
