GENERAL BILL by Wise
Florida Prepaid Tuition Scholarship Endowment [SPCC]; Creates the endowment within the State Board of Administration for the purpose of funding scholarships for economically disadvantaged youth. Provides for moneys from taxes on slot machines to be transferred from the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund to the endowment as provided in the General Appropriations Act. Provides for the transfer of earnings from the endowment to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund, etc.
