CS/SB 390: Controlled Substances [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Oelrich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Lynn ; Crist

Controlled Substances [LPCC]; Prohibits owning, leasing, renting, or possessing a place, structure, trailer, or other described place with knowledge that it will be used to manufacture, sell, or traffic in a controlled substance. Provides that possession of 25 or more cannabis plants constitutes prima facie evidence of intent to sell or distribute, etc.
