GENERAL BILL by Safety & Security Council ; McBurney ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gibson ; Hudson
Real Estate Conveyances; Provides that specified transfer fee covenants are unenforceable against subsequent owners, purchasers, & mortgagees; provides that presumption is not created in favor of transfer fee covenants recorded before effective date of act; expands authority of corporations to execute instruments relating to interests in lands; authorizes corporations to execute conveyances in accordance with specified requirements.
