GENERAL BILL by Deutch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Dockery

State Purchase/Hybrid/Flex-fuel/Biodiesel Vehicles [RPCC]; Requires state agencies, universities, or local governments to purchase hybrid, flex-fuel, or biodiesel vehicles when purchasing new motor vehicles through a state purchasing plan after January 1, 2009, if such vehicles are available and otherwise meet the requirements for the vehicle's intended use. Requires the Department of Management Services to adopt rules establishing criteria for the purchase of such vehicles by October 1, 2008, etc.
