JOINT RESOLUTION by Government Efficiency & Accountability Council ; Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Altman ; Harrell ; Homan ; Williams, T.

Additional Homestead Exemption; Proposes amendment to s. 6, Art. VII of State Constitution to provide for additional homestead exemption equal to greater of 40 percent of just value of homestead property between $75,000 & $500,000 or accumulated benefit provided under Save Our Homes & provides for amendment taking effect January 1 of year following election at which approved.
