Reservations of the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians; Specifies that state jurisdiction over criminal offenses committed within Indian reservations & over civil actions arising there between Indians or others or to which Indians or others are parties does not apply to reservations of Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
