GENERAL BILL by Jenne
Weapons and Firearms; Increases minimum terms of imprisonment for possessing, discharging, or seriously harming another with semiautomatic firearm & its high-capacity detachable box magazine or with machine gun; prohibits potential buyer or transferee of firearm from willfully & knowingly using identity of victim of identity theft; authorizes additional fine against person using identity of victim of identity theft, etc.
