GENERAL BILL by Reed ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gibbons

Public Food Service Establishments; Requires Division of Hotels & Restaurants within DBPR to inspect toilet facilities of public food service establishments; provides minimum sanitation standards for such toilet facilities; provides that certain standards apply only to establishments constructed or substantially remodeled on or after 7/1/08; provides exemption for public airport restroom not in public food service establishment, etc.
