Relief/Marissa Amora/DFS/DCFS [SPCC]; Provides relief for Marissa Amora, a minor, for injuries she sustained as a result of the negligence of employees of the Department of Children and Family Services. Requires a specified legislative budget request. Provides a limitation on attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and other similar expenses relating to the claim, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,200,000.
