GENERAL BILL by Richardson
Public School Student Discipline; Revises disciplinary actions that may be taken against student who is charged with felony, or delinquent act that would be felony if committed by adult, for incident that allegedly occurred on property other than public school property; authorizes actions upon court determination of guilt; requires specified administrative hearings.
