TF/Shared County/State Juvenile Detention TF/DJJ; Re-creates Shared County/State Juvenile Detention Trust Fund within DJJ without modification; carries forward current balances & continues current sources & uses thereof; removes scheduled termination of trust fund; provides for deposit of counties' shares of their total costs for juvenile detention into Shared County/State Juvenile Detention Trust Fund rather than into Juvenile Justice Grants and Donations Trust Fund.
