GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Juveniles/Records [LPCC]; Revises provisions requiring each clerk of the court to submit disposition information concerning juvenile arrest records to the Department of Law Enforcement. Revises the criteria for dissemination of criminal justice information for minors and adults. Revises provisions relating to oaths, confidentiality for certain information, authorized disclosures, interagency agreements, records retention, etc.
