Corporate Income Tax [FPCC]; Provides for adoption of 2008 version of Internal Revenue Code; provides for exceptions to adoption; amends specified provision relating to determination of adjusted federal income; conforms provisions; revises due date for filing & paying estimated corporate income tax; authorizes DOR to adopt rules; provides for retroactive application.
