Tobacco Education and Prevention [FPCC]; Provides additional purpose in implementing Comprehensive Statewide Tobacco Education and Use Prevention Program; expands counter-marketing & advertising campaign component to include utilization of innovative communication strategies, including use of physicians & dentists; expands cessation programs, counseling, & treatment component to include use of physicians & dentists, etc.
