SB 534: Veterans/Local Government
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Veterans/Local Government; Deletes a requirement that certain veterans must have served in a war to receive assistance from local governments in presenting claims for securing compensation, hospitalization, education, loans, career training, and other benefits by reason of their service in the Armed Forces of the United States. Revises provisions relating to local government veteran service officers. Limits the duties of such offices to veterans' services only, etc.
