Offense of Voyeurism [LPCC]; Increases penalties for specified video voyeurism offenses committed by certain persons who are responsible for welfare of child younger than 16 years of age or are employed at school or voluntary prekindergarten education program or by persons 24 years of age or older against child younger than 16 years of age, etc.
