GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Transportation ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard

Motor Vehicle Temporary License Tags [EPCC]; Revises provisions for the placement of temporary tags on vehicles. Revises provisions for implementation of an electronic, print-on-demand temporary tag issuance system. Authorizes a motor vehicle dealer to charge a fee in certain circumstances. Authorizes the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to adopt rules. Repeals a provision relating to implementation of an electronic print-on-demand temporary license plate system, etc.
