Sales Tax Exemption/Water-efficient Products [RPCC]; Specifies a period during which the sale of a water-efficient product for noncommercial home or personal use, and having a certain selling price, is exempt from the tax on sales, use, and other transactions. Provides that the exemption does not apply to such a product when purchased for trade, business, or resale, etc.
