Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems; Provides that member of local government who is knowledgeable about domestic wastewater treatment be added to research review & advisory committee & technical review & advisory panel established by DOH for purposes of onsite sewage treatment & disposal system regulation; specifies exemption from certain certification required to conduct environmental health & sanitary evaluations; provides training requirements.
