SB 570: Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment Grant Program [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment Grant Program [SPCC]; Creates the Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal System Compliance Grant Program in the Department of Health. Authorizes low-income property owners in certain areas of the Wekiva basin to apply for grants to improve onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems. Provides grant limitations and for the grant to be a rebate of costs incurred, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
