Civil Rights/Sexual Orientation & Familial Status [EPCC]; Includes sexual orientation and familial status as impermissible grounds for discrimination under the Florida Civil Rights Act and in public lodging and food service establishments. Includes sexual orientation, familial status, and marital status as impermissible grounds for discrimination under the Fair Housing Act. Defines "disability," and "sexual orientation," and deletes the definition of "handicap," etc.
