GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Military Affairs and Domestic Security ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Bennett ; Lynn
School Access/Jr. or Sr. Officers' Training Corps [SPCC]; Prohibits a school district from banning a Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps unit on public school campuses. Prohibits a community college or state university from banning a Senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps unit on school campuses. Requires a school district, a community college, or state university to grant military recruiters certain access to students, school facilities and grounds, and certain student information, etc.
