Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics [SPCC]; Revises definitions; changes Board of Orthotists & Prosthetists composition; expands rule authority to include standards of practice for orthotic fitters, orthotic fitter assistants, & residents & requirements for mandatory courses & standards & qualifications for continuing education courses & course providers; deems Florida Association of Orthotists & Prosthetists, Inc., as approved course provider, etc.
