Court Actions Involving Families [SPCC]; Provides additional purposes relating to implementing a unified family court program in the circuit courts. Provides legislative intent. Expands eligibility criteria for guardians ad litem. Provides requirements for and limitations on certification of guardians ad litem by not-for-profit legal aid organizations, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
