Expert Witnesses; Revises requirements for admission of expert testimony; provides that facts or data that are otherwise inadmissible shall not be disclosed to jury except in specified circumstances; provides for pretrial hearing to determine whether an expert's proposed testimony satisfies specified requirements; provides standard for appellate review of such determination; provides for interlocutory appeal of ruling to admit or exclude expert testimony, etc.
