SB 674: Just Valuation of Real Property/Highest & Best Use [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz

Just Valuation of Real Property/Highest & Best Use [RPCC]; Deletes requirements for property appraisers to consider the highest and best use of property in determining just valuation. Provides that such provision shall apply to assessments for tax years beginning January 1, 2009, etc.
