GENERAL BILL by Gardiner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kiar

Retirement; Redefines term "compensation" to include certain supplementary payments made to firefighters, paramedics, & emergency medical technicians & certain employer-reported retirement contributions; redefines term "average final compensation" with respect to members of Special Risk Class of FRS; authorizes certain employees to purchase additional retirement credit for past service at 3-percent Special Risk Class accrual value, etc.
