SB 702: Prekindergarten Education [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Rich
Prekindergarten Education [SPCC]; Makes mandatory the requirements for increased levels of education for prekindergarten instructors in future years. Requires that by the school year 2010-2011 each prekindergarten class of 11 of more students, in addition to the instructor, shall have at least one instructor who holds an associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or child development, etc.
