SB 7024: Department of Corrections
PROPOSED BILL by Criminal Justice
Department of Corrections; Provides for the public defender to represent an indigent person who is involuntarily placed or treated in an inmate mental health treatment facility. Eliminates provisions requiring that a law enforcement officer reimburse the employing agency for wages and benefits paid by the employing agency if the officer terminates employment before the end of a 2-year commitment period, etc.
