Florida Teachers Lead Program; Revises requirements for use of program funds by classroom teachers; provides for disbursement of funds to school districts; specifies means for providing classroom teacher with proportionate share of program funds & provides that funds received are not subject to collective bargaining; provides for retroactive effect; provides requirements for accounting of expenditures.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
