PROPOSED BILL by Criminal Justice
Juvenile Justice; Provides that confidential information obtained during an official's service with juvenile delinquents may be shared with authorized personnel of the Department of Children and Family Services. Transfers the responsibility for the juvenile justice training program from the Juvenile Justice Standards and Training Commission to the Department of Juvenile Justice, etc.
