Child Support Enforcement [SPCC]; Requires cooperation between DOR & other agencies regarding automated disclosure of certain information relating to current registrants, licensees, & certificateholders who are not in compliance with child support orders & authorizes sanctions for violators; removes screening requirements for applicants for new or renewal registrations, licenses, or certificates, etc.
