Department of Law Enforcement [LPCC]; Provides that fingerprints submitted for background screening that are identified with those of person having criminal history are available for purposes & uses authorized for arrest fingerprint cards; clarifies provisions relating to fees charged for criminal history information requests; authorizes electronic submission of certain screening requests, etc.
