Property Taxation; Revises provisions relating to real property assessment rolls & tangible personal property rolls; revises provisions relating to assessment of homestead property at less than just value & transfers of assessment reductions from prior homestead to new homestead; revises provisions relating to confidential tax information & taxpayer actions requiring property appraiser to provide specified information, etc.
