Wastewater Disposal; Requires SFWMD to include projects relating to ocean outfalls in regional water supply plans; provides priority funding consideration for specified projects; directs SFWMD to require use of reclaimed water under certain conditions; revises provisions relating to sanitary sewage disposal units; prohibits construction of new ocean outfalls; prohibits expansion of ocean outfalls for specified purposes, etc.
