GENERAL BILL by Thurston ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs
Admissibility of Statements/Defendant/Felony Cases; Requires hearsay statements made during custodial interrogations to comply with specified requirements to be admissible; describes circumstances in which oral, written, or sign-language statement made by interrogee during custodial interrogation is presumed inadmissible as evidence against such person; describes circumstances in which prosecution may rebut such presumption, etc.
